The history of China Lakes through stories. We (China Middle School 5th grade students) are doing an interview project to learn about the China Lakes. We are doing this because we think the China Lakes are an important resource, especially to our community. We are doing this project to learn more information about stories that have not yet been told. We also feel that not only should we know about the lakes, but we want people around the world to appreciate our lake too. Since we feel people in the community have valuable knowledge, we feel we can learn from their experiences. We've heard that our lake is polluted, and we want to be able to clean it up.
